About Me
I coach professionals who feel stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed in their professional lives. I use science-based techniques to shift thinking patterns and behaviors to elevate results. My work is currently focused on those who feel stuck determining their career path and those navigating the workplace after a major life transition.
Whether you are looking to discover a career you love, build the confidence to make a change or develop the necessary skills to land a big promotion, I’m here to help you make it happen. My goal is to help you discover what you need in a job to be truly happy and contribute meaningfully so that you won’t find yourself in the job market again for a good long while.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Certificate in Executive and Career Coaching from New York University. In addition to these education experiences which have equipped me with a deep knowledge of the psychological dynamics of the workplace and brain-based coaching techniques, I have over a decade of Human Resources experience with a focus on career pathing, skill building, employee development and change management.
